Abstract
This is a comment on the decision handed down by the Third Group of the Superior Court of Justice on November 23, 2021, which deals with the responsibility of an internet provider that offers an email account for the hacker's invasion of the user's account and transfer of cryptocurrency. In the case, the occurrence of material damages and moral damages was discussed in examination of the occurrence of the elements of civil liability.
