Abstract
The article deals with the aspects of moral damage and the figure of mere annoyance, which guide the application of civil liability in the judiciary in the consumerist scope. In order to answer, if in fact there is a banalization and devaluation of consumer rights in an attempt to curb the alleged indiscriminate filing of actions involving compensation for moral damages.
