Abstract

The work consists of a review of the work "Right of Responsibility: an autonomous legal discipline", by Professor Mafalda Miranda Barbosa, which, far from being an investigation into civil liability issues, is a report presented by the author as a of the requirements to run for the position of associate professor at the Faculty of Law of the University of Coimbra. The work offers a panoramic and comprehensive view of civil liability, which certainly attracts the interest of students for the in-depth study of the themes that make up the program, as well as offering teachers a script that can be adopted, with the changes they deem relevant , for the teaching of civil responsibility.
