Abstract
This article will address the curator's civil liability, provided for in art. 932, II, CC, demonstrating how it operates in the Brazilian legal system. Furthermore, it will also approach how the Brazilian Inclusion Law (Law 13,146/2015) affected this legal responsibility. This paper discusses the Civil Appeal 70039509658 judged by the Court of Rio Grande do Sul in 2016, which reached interesting conclusions about the requirements of authority and company of the curator's responsibility, as well as about the exceptionality of civil liability of the prodigal.
