Civil liability and assisted human reproduction analysis under the prisms of medical responsibility and assisted reproduction clinic

Abstract
Technologies, especially biotechnologies, are increasingly present in the life of society. However, in some situations, damage occurs to some people, resulting in the use of the civil liability institute. Based on this context, this article aims to analyze the civil liability in cases of assisted human reproduction, both for the doctor and the clinic. Therefore, through the deductive method, carrying out a doctrinal and judicial analysis, it is clear that there are some cases condemning clinics for poor commitment to the genetic material collected.
