Abstract
The article deals with the entry of civil liability in family law. Mentions some of the main situations that may give rise to an obligation to compensate. It deals with liability for breach of the promise of marriage; of the intentional or negligent causation of marital annulment; failure to fulfill marital duties and the just expectations arising from marriage; the undue obstruction of relations between a parent and his or her common children. The article investigates issues such as procedural legitimacy and liability requirements such as the causal link and compensable damage in each of the situations presented, with emphasis on Spanish law
