Longevity planning self-curatorship program and civil liability
Main Article Content
Abstract
Longevity must be exercised with autonomy, thus planning it with focus on the determination of one’s wills can lead to aging with freedom, dignity and responsibility. In this sense, the present article aims to address the self-curatorship program as a way of dealing with existential and/or patrimonial concerns that may arise with aging, while also analyzing issues related to one’s civil liability and of those hired and/or appointed through such a program as well.
