Abstract

Civil liability in the realm of artificial intelligence is marked by impermanence. More than seventy years have passed since Alan Turing published his most widespread paper, “Computing Machinery and Intelligence” – which began with the provocative question: Can machines think? In 2021, although the “technological uniqueness” is discussed prospectively, what we have are sophisticated algorithms capable of solving highly complex everyday problems with maximum efficiency, but still limited to the field of mathematics.
