Abstract
this article focuses on appreciating the phenomenon of infodemic and how it affects the accountability of agents who use what is called opinion advertising in Health. Through a bibliographical review and exploratory contextualization, it is concluded that there is a need for a more contemporary understanding of reparatory mechanisms for collective moral damages such as abusive advertising, the limits of freedom of opinion and the assessment of the phenomenon of fake news.
