Civil liability and domestic violence analysis of the context of the legal configuration and parameters for quantifying compensations
Main Article Content
Abstract
The article investigates domestic violence in the contemporary legal scenario, whose successive legislative changes do not impede the growth of such conduct. The central objective focuses on investigating conduct that generates damage, as well as the inherent quantification of the respective compensation, in line with jurisprudential parameters. The method used is logical-deductive, which starts from general premises applicable to concrete hypotheses, in addition to techniques for analyzing bibliography and specific legislation. As a result, it is intended to demonstrate appropriate parameters for establishing compensation amounts for victims of domestic violence.
