With the publication of this issue, the IBERC Journal reaches the second half of 2025 with a selection of texts that explore the multiple aspects of civil liability. On the cover, we feature the work of expressionist painter Alexej von Jawlensky. The chosen piece is entitled “The Thinking Woman” (Die Sinnende), dated 1912. The Russian artist worked the expressiveness of colors in his works like few others.
