The year 2020 is coming to an end, and it has brought the impression that many years have been lived in one. This intense and challenging year, in feelings of acquisitions and losses, in unimaginable experiences, in learning and in a new way of living and experiencing intersubjectivity. Despite all this scenario, the world follows its rhythm and Revista Iberc, after presenting a memorable special issue dedicated to COVID-19, returns to its broader axis, with the objective of dealing with themes at its core, as the Civil Liability remains an inexhaustible topic, full of potential and specificities, which always deserves theoretical and practical exploration. Thus, the third and last issue of the third year of the Journal is presented.
