Comments on some aspects of the Fake News Bill under the civil liability approach

Abstract
This work aims to discuss some important issues regarding the Bill 2630/10 (known as Fake News Bill) regarding civil liability. The issues to be discussed are the duty to keep the metadata when messages are massively sent, the due process and right to appeal before content exclusion, the code of conduct and the regulated self-regulation. Under the civil liability approach, the articles 10, 12, 25 and 30 of the Bill shall be commented and, then, some suggestions of changes will be given.
