Precision in plastic surgery jurisprudence beautyment the problem with of the obligation de résultat
Main Article Content
Abstract
Plastic surgery, as with any other medical procedure, requires the observation of a set of scientific and technical knowledge acquired during professional training. However, despite being a unique and indivisible specialty, for decades Brazilian doctrine and jurisprudence have tended to differentiate plastic surgery based on its purpose, thus distinguishing its consequences. This article, based on a bibliographic and normative review, questions this classification and discusses if revision in plastic surgery constitutes a patient's credit or a medical obligation.
