Abstract
The article deals with the criticism of consumer harassment practiced by financial institutions, through the so-called credit telemarketing, against retired consumers, projecting the hypothesis of incidence of civil liability as an instrument to protect personal data and, ultimately, to protect the hypervulnerable human.
