The IBERC Magazine was created with the purpose of being a qualified repository of texts on civil liability, in all its aspects. The tenth issue is reached after completing three years of publications and celebrating this important milestone with another issue dedicated to the area of ​​civil law with accentuated importance, both theoretical and practical, and which continues to expand. To welcome spring, we have printed on the cover of IBERC Magazine a reproduction of the work “Almond blossom” (Almond blossom), by painter Vincent van Gogh, dated 1890, which is part of the Van Gogh Museum collection in Amsterdam. We hope that these opening lines arouse the desire to read all the texts included in this new issue, reiterating the desire that IBERC Magazine will continue to be a vehicle of excellence in Civil Liability.
