In 2022, Revista IBERC reaches its fifth year and maintains its purpose of promoting the debate around civil liability, with a focus on its classic institutes, but also with the dissemination of research related to the most current in the jurisprudence of the Brazil and other countries and bringing up disturbing issues that concern Legal Science as a whole. In this first issue of the year, six articles on national doctrine, one on foreign doctrine, a commentary on jurisprudence and a review form the collection of publications that is brought to readers with various interesting subjects that corroborate the fulfillment of the journal's institutional mission.
