Vol. 9 No. 2 (2026): Revista IBERC

With the publication of this issue, the IBERC Journal reaffirms its commitment to disseminating qualified, critical, and timely studies on the multiple challenges of contemporary civil liability. This new issue, the second of 2026, brings together contributions of significant theoretical depth and practical relevance, addressing topics that range from the classical foundations of the field to the new questions raised by technological transformation, the growing complexity of social relations, and recent legislative and jurisprudential developments. Maintaining its purpose of offering excellent scientific content in open access, the IBERC Journal provides readers with reflections that engage directly with some of the most thought-provoking debates in contemporary civil law scholarship.

Finally, the work featured on the cover of this issue is Auvers, Panoramic View (1873–1875), by Paul Cézanne, part of the collection of the Art Institute of Chicago. In the painting, the artist moves away from conventional landscape representation to offer a dynamic view from a distinctive angle, constructed through irregular brushstrokes that challenge the idea of finish and suggest a transition between Impressionism and Cubism.
